Insane. Never forget that the treasonous hag Julie Inman-Grant, our erstwhile “eSafety” commissioner is a WEF-appointed stooge, an opportunistic, elitist technocrat, and that this entire farcical bill is a byproduct of the WEF’s “Global Coalition for Digital Safety” (of which she is a member) and the UN’s “Our Common Agenda” which is part of Agenda 2030 … to say this is a diabolical step is an understatement, this is a shameful betrayal of everything I used to love about this country.

yes is suspect is CIA background. All her staff are ACMA, even though she is "independent". The whole building is stacked with spies, ex-cops and bureaucrats

There is not "misinformation" - only MISSING information.

And they'd love nothing better than to ensure you never find it.

Thanks Phil. I have already put in two submissions re this Bill & attended the demonstration in Sydney, but will continue to voice opposition as you have suggested. I don’t have much hope as the LNP who are the possible opponents of the Bill just don’t have the numbers. I will be writing to them to say that I expect them to retract the legislation if they win government at the imminent elections.

Please, go in to your nearest Senator’s office this week and calmly, politely make it clear that you will campaign against them if they vote for this. Showing up is half the battle. They don’t listen to petitions and submissions but REAL people willing to show up - that is motivating for politicians who have to face the vote at election time.

If they vote this in, their names will be on this page and we must make sure they are voted out

Better make sure you get them up before you’re censored 🙄

Tasmanians need to get to Jacqui Lambie. She is up for reelection next year. Everyone really needs to contact any independents especially.

Expand full comment

Her office address is there. There are also all the other senators too - independent, teal, green and labor seem to be the ones voting for it so maybe go to them first

If they vote it in I will list their names here on Substack and we must campaign against them personally if they vote for this. We must remind everyone what they did.

Thank you Alison.

Tremendous work.

I hope you don't mind but I have taken the liberty of cross posting your work with full attribution at -FREE SPEECH SHOCK: STOP THE CENSORSHIP: ONE WEEK TO DO IT - https://freedomaustralia.freeforums.net/thread/6260/free-speech-shock-stop-censorship

Kudos for Alison who is keeping a watchful eye out for all of us, this needs all the exposure that it can get!

Our freedom of expression should be unlimited, we should never be restrained, criminalized and penalized for exposing the lies and propaganda of our pretentious pompous ''rulers'' who have quite a history of lying to the public in order to push one or other covert agenda that serves the racket.

My conclusion is that ''they're'' afraid, no make that petrified that unrestrained freedom of expression has effectively turned public opinion massively against masters increasingly illogical narrative [And they promised to deliver something]

Edward Snowden nailed it years ago.....“We are no longer citizens, we no longer have leaders. We’re subjects, and we have rulers.''

bless your good heart, Finn. Look at the senators on the list, and the ones nearest you - go visit (politely) and tell them they must vote no for the good of the country — and please send to any interstate who will reliably go in good faith, politely and tell their senators, too

You know they're doing this crackdown on dissenting opinions all over, just like the plandemic was implemented globally here's another example of their ''power''.

I did visit the local member once who responded that emailing was the preferred option, their email addresses are easily found so it's possible to contact a lot of them but that doesn't guarantee a response or the desired result, but I'll see what I can can do.

Perhaps someone ought to phone in to a radio station with a large audience?

Extremely important and dangerous “laws” being introduced as stealthily & quickly as they can…Foolish despot Laws voted on by Labor Party lackeys with virtually no proper debate or plebiscite (nothing to do with misinformation, its about silencing truth they don’t like). Seems they are so stupid they do not realise that in time they & their own families will be the quarry of wanna-be ruthless murdering dictators. Good advice on action from Alison above..take it!..WORK HARD TO GET RID OF THIS TRASH OR ELSE!

Look on the senator list for your nearest one and ho into their office and tell staff politely and calmly that you will campaign against them in the next election if they vote for this. If people show up they will take notice. They wont listen to digital anything.

The other JLN senator in Tassie is now an independent, I believe.

Yes please do go in and visit their office

Do you have any advice for those that lodged submissions on this proposal ?

I don’t know anyone who has received a reply ... I have seen quotes that 20,000 made submissions -- I would doubt this number is accurate ; I would estimate 2 or 3 fold of this number ...

Thank you

Please do physically go in to your nearest Senator’s office this week. It is the only thing that counts now, as Senators can vote it down and reject it in the session starting November 18. Submissions are now irrelevant.

Censor A.I. because the “I” isn’t perfectly Intelligent. Censor A.I. since makes mistakes.

How ironically capable of imperfection !

yep my first go at Chat GPT and it did save time and make it possible to rush out urgently - but loads of mistakes as you can see by the update list

Alison, thank you for your good work. I have used your list (saved a lot time) and have written letters to all 12 NSW senators, which I will post on Monday. Grass root actions are real democracy at work - good on you for the initiative.

Alison, You need to replace Marise Payne with Dave Sharma in the list of NSW senators.

Thank you Wilson --- can you physically go in to an office also? letters and words on a page are not the same as a human presence.... it makes a difference.

thanks for catching that error also will update now

I understand the importance of what is being said but I am again seeing this as another distraction by the Fed Gov. Doesn't the AFP still have legal access to anyone's posts and can manipulate a person's post if they so wish, based on legislation introduced in the past couple of years?

If this is still true, and we defeat this MAD Bill, we may be jumping up and down for no reason.

yes they do but they are restricted by time constraints to mainly go for criminals.

This bill auto censors everyone 24/7 with AI done by the platforms themselves

beauty fantastic. may i suggest -- don't bother with the emails just delete those. they don't listen to those anyway. you basically have to go in person. written individual letters also better than petitions

Apparently only Helen Haines and Allegra Spender voted against, out of all the Teals.
