Most of my substacks are about excess deaths in the absence of flu in 2021. Ordered $937 worth of data from the ABS to draw it in tight. Must get back to that.

Wow! Great thing on the mandates.

Shocked that Jacquie Lambie voted Yes - she was at psycho stage speaking against the no mandatory vaccination bill. Also shocked that Lydia Thorpe voted Yes. Don't know the background of that.

GOOD ON YOU - that's amazing work! It's the independent substackers only doing the heavy lifting. Shame on the corporate media. I can't wait to read it!!

Thank goodness to those two senators changing their minds - that is the sign of the best of people, changing your mind when the data changes.

Yes I too was shocked to see Jacquie voting yes. She was crazy for the jab being mandated. I thought it was odd for her at the time.

Jacquie seems to survive on knowing when to jump off the sinking ship and onto the next bandwagon. It's not through a sense of moral duty to her constiuants.

PS. As does about 28 of those yes votes.

NOTE: the Queensland Supreme Court victory is a win to celebrate but it is a limited win. In his ruling, Justice Martin said the limit on human rights posed by the mandates was justified. The workers won on procedural grounds - which means the win is not a precedent and won't protect Queenslanders or anyone else in future cases. It leaves the state unconstrained to do this to us again and again.

There is no easy fix -.we must change the laws to protect our human rights from being trampled on.

They are rights - you have a RIGHT to say no to a medical procedure and we must change the law to protect this right absolutely

Hi Alison - fantastic write up of a double victory day. It’s fantastic news but still a long way to go to some achieve some measure of recompense (and not just in a financial way).

Love your work - keep it up.

TRANSCRIBER'S NOTE:

The Forest of the Fallen is a silent vigil of poles planted in the ground, each topped with a page of the story and photo of someone who was injured or killed by the covid jabs. The Forest of the Fallen was started in 2021 by Selkie, a Tasmanian mother of three, and has since spread throughout Australia. For more information see the website https://theforestofthefallen.com/

In this instance the many dozens of poles were arranged in the grass along a long curving pathway.

ORGANIZER: Hey, just down here at the botanical gardens. And a lot happening down here. We can see all these beautiful Australians impacted by the you know what. Yeah, lots of young people as well. All from around Australia. Lots of very sad stories that the media just won't talk about. A lot of people still have their heads in the sand and fail to recognize how many people have been impacted by the you know what. Anyway, I'll just walk through and stop talking.

[sounds of footsteps and wind as she walks by a long line of the poles, each with the story of someone who was injured or died]

[She stops and takes hold one of the papers her hand. It shows the photo and tells the story of Matilda, 27, a business owner who took Pfizer on the 6th of September 2021 and was subsequently diagnosed with pericarditis. After a brief pause here, the organizer says nothing more and keeps walking past many dozens of these stories.]

Hi Alison! Great read 🙌🏻

Such a satisfying week already! Hope more on the way! Been hoping and praying to start seeing some action on this front. Let’s hope people/ agencies are held accountable.

NZ had a court win too i learnt today!

But so far our wins appear to be token and not translatable - we need real change. Chamge to the law and removal of the old corrupt parties

Many of the Premiers responsible for the tyranny have left like rats from a sinking ship, any chance they saw the writing on the wall the bastards.

Thank you very kind. Big kudos goes to the handful of good Senators fighting for us - Malcolm Roberts, Ralph Babet, Gerard Rennick, Alex Antic, Pauline Hanson and others. And all the people fighting in court - and funding court cases like Clive Palmer. And Forest of the Fallen volunteers who are changing perceptions round Australia

Hopefully the win in Queensland will lead on to other victories for those still fighting the injustice.

Thanks Alison for the update.

Labor and the Greens - caring about Australians since - well NEVER! This is SO far removed from apparently why either of those parties came into existence originally.

Could this be any more inverted?

"Greens NSW Senator David Shoebridge is a recognised voice for social justice and public accountability

“It is an extraordinary privilege to represent the Greens in Parliament and to have the capacity to focus on the common good rather than corporate interests.

Doublespeak well and truly alive over @ https://greens.org.au/nsw/person/david-shoebridge where I cut and pasted the above from. The propaganda is intense!

Copy/paste from notes about the same 'progress' reports.

Sadly, this ‘inquiry’ will just be a toothless show piece of little consequence to the actual perpetrators of the greatest crime against humanity. Do you really think an Australian ‘inquiry’ is going to expose the decades of legislation that enabled a legal global kill box of innocent civilians? No, there will be some virtue signalling hand waving bullshit and it will all happen again. These same pos politicians were complicit, bar a few. Expecting a trial of the guilty, by the guilty, to convict the guilty is the same type of warped mentally that got us here in the first place. Sorry, the people need to step up, stop leaving it to the criminals to police themselves.

This is the people stepping up and turning the ship of state around. It turns slowly but we must use the parliament we have and make it work for us, which is a slow process. We must keep the pressure up and remove the corript major parties and greens

Expand full comment

I respectfully disagree. This ship of parliament is bought and corrupted to its core, a boat with wood rot. It only services institutions of power. The wider public are just a null entity which it must stave off from mutiny occasionally with a handful of crumbs. We are encouraged to do the same actions over and over again, yet the results are always the same. A real parliament, run by real politicians who actually have YOUR interests at heart, would never of allowed it's population to be put at risk like this.

The fix is in I fear.

No point being defeatist, we must push ahead and make this system work for us. We must make violating a person's body with coercion just as politically smelly as racism

Expand full comment

I'm certainly not defeatist. I write letters to politicians, try to convince my friends and others, research daily, give to legal funds. I'm just saying that they can't be trusted so best prepare for that outcome and have a strategy to defeat it.
