Hello everyone I updated it a lot today, so there's quite a bit more in there. Please do email in to the government's contact email to complain about this nasty piece of legislation because we do have a say now - even if they ignore it at least we will have gone on record as opposing it

Kudos to you Alison, I am currently scripting my own rather less-detailed and possibly more blunt response to this godawful legislation, and I will be re-reading your excellent write-up for inspiration. Your piece points to a question I have central to my thoughts, which is “just who the hell would trust the plebes in government to define anything resembling truth or fact, when they literally spend their time confecting bullshit to baffle the public on a daily basis?”

Would quoting from this new peer reviewed paper, at the link below, incur the wrath of the Ministry of Truth?

Abstract

COVID-19 vaccines were developed and approved rapidly in response to the urgency created by the pandemic. No specific regulations existed at the time they were marketed. The regulatory agencies therefore adapted them as a matter of urgency. Now that the pandemic emergency has passed, it is time to consider the safety issues associated with this rapid approval. The mode of action of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines should classify them as gene therapy products (GTPs), but they have been excluded by regulatory agencies. Some of the tests they have undergone as vaccines have produced non-compliant results in terms of purity, quality and batch homogeneity. The wide and persistent biodistribution of mRNAs and their protein products, incompletely studied due to their classification as vaccines, raises safety issues. Post-marketing studies have shown that mRNA passes into breast milk and could have adverse effects on breast-fed babies. Long-term expression, integration into the genome, transmission to the germline, passage into sperm, embryo/fetal and perinatal toxicity, genotoxicity and tumorigenicity should be studied in light of the adverse events reported in pharmacovigilance databases. The potential horizontal transmission (i.e., shedding) should also have been assessed. In-depth vaccinovigilance should be carried out. We would expect these controls to be required for future mRNA vaccines developed outside the context of a pandemic.

Jabcinda Adern prefaced all of this : “ we will continue to be your single source of truth, unless you hear it from us, it is not the truth “.

How can anyone who’s bothered to delve deeper into the events of the last 3 years not see a conspiracy by its very definition.

Governments in lockstep parroting the same lines, the same agendas that trickle down from unelected exclusive elite organizations 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately I cannot see the way out, as much as I have tried to interest people I know in affairs of their personal liberty they have their bread and circuses. These same people seem to have little interest nor sense of responsibility to future generations nor their own children. But come ANZAC day they like to get emotional for the sacrifices of the past.

Yes jacinda ardern said that, it was disgusting and great at the same time to have it out in the open.

There is an email address up top, please do send an email to oppose the legislation, the link to the law is also right up top and the landing page that has terms of reference etc. Whether Mrs McGillicuddy down the road listens to you or not is irrelevant to you taking action.

Good luck!

Jabcinda was a Klaus WEF disciple, another stooge in the mould of Trudeau, Macron, Boris and Gates.

These people are traitors to their countries and independent cultures, a blight on humanity.

Thanks for the link Alison, I’d been looking 👀 for it. I will forward it to a few and see if I can generate some action. I have the ear of some bright young people.

Excellent post.

"Australia needs a First Amendment to protect the free speech rights of every Australian. " - instead of that, we're spending millions on a referendum to give only a small minority of Australians greater rights than everyone else.

Expand full comment

The referendum is only to :

-Obfuscate, divert and engage their attention and energy, and move debates in the town-square & media on a parallel track, while the government can pass through most of their term playing merrily with people's lives.

-Obtain a way to control the Australian people's voice in times to come, and even override the future elected parliaments and governmets' decision-making with this trojan-horse. By the way who will decide the members of the so called Voice? I bet they will be the same world-elites acting through the Permanent Canberra, who decided for the Morrisson government to impose lockdowns, drain the treasury, intimidate doctors and lie to citizens, indirectly impose vaccine mandates, and under Albanese to make the life of people as difficult as possible financially, and make it near impossible with the new proposed complete Censorship act.

Thanks Bryan! yes, that crossed my mind also, the horrible irony - one more body blow to participatory democracy is waved at us whether we like it or not, instead of the actual free speech protection we really need

Something that bothered me when I took Aus Citizenship (dual with US) - no Bill of Rights.

Constitution just doesn't cover it. It's a fine constitution and all, but it's about governing, not the governed, and - the US documents are more about governing the governors.

Was just reading an excellent piece elsewhere today that quotes former Czech post-communism leader, Vaclav Havel, who made the point that ideological conformity under communism was achieved first by censoring dissent, and then enforcing adherence to the narrative … I find it both absurd and comical that Australia, the so-called “lucky country” is marching merrily and blithely towards totalitarianism and the average triple-boosted, climate alarmist normie is utterly oblivious. Thanks for sharing, Rebekah, this is excellent and sobering.

Interesting this article drops in my feed as a recommended.. Last night I posted an image of Mussolini and his quote into my Farcebook feed “We were the first to assert that the more complicated the forms of civilisation, the more restricted the freedom of the individual must become.” Ref: Benito Mussollini."

Needless to say Farcebook did not take kindly to it because it is not in line with their community standards. They actually think they have "Standards", yet put Mussolini to shame. Well Zuck see my middle fingers, they are standing upright in your general direction. The restrictions are laughable, lets see, I dont do group[s, I dont make calls , I dont advertise and never have gone live.

Restrictions

Restriction · 10 Jul

Your group activity is restricted for 22 hours

Restriction · 9 Jul

You can't start or join any calls for 28 days

Restriction · 9 Jul

You can't advertise for 28 days

Restriction · 9 Jul

You can't go live for 28 days

Good stuff! Many thanks.

The world's most trusted media are Singapore's and China's.

They publish their censorship rules.

They name the individual responsible for applying the rules.

That individual explains unpopular bans.

Youngsters say it's too restrictive, parents say it's about right, grandparents are shocked by its laxity. Success!

Ironic that our censorship would end up more dishonest, hidden and restrictive than China!

Irony, when dealing with people who assert dissent as misinformation and hate speech, they are the ones usually employing ad hominem attacks and wishes and threats that come awfully close to sounding like hate speech. I don’t think they should be censored, but it is proper to call it out.

Very good point.
