Thanks Alison, this is an extremely interesting article. By the way, here is an archive link of the SMH article for you and your readers: https://archive.li/act52

Regarding the digital misinformation bill and religion, my religious beliefs conflict with the covid vaccine. I do not think that I will be exempt from censorship and prosecution under their laws if stress-tested in court. They are going to jam that needle into people's arms by any means necessary and all the religious leaders are on board, which they will cite as proof that my beliefs are 'not religious.'

I recall the case of a man (I believe an ambo in NSW) who challenged the vaccine mandates on religious grounds which was partially struck down as his beliefs were cited as being invalid because 'the Pope endorsed the vaccines' but also 'on balance for the greater good.'

Perhaps you or some readers can clarify as I do not have the article at my fingertips.

thanks for the archive link much appreciated

yes, I don't see why there should even be the complication of a religious exemption - for example, why do I need to convert to a religion to decide for myself what to put in my body?

Bodily autonomy is a right, not a privilege. They don't have the right to take it away and we must not let them. For anybody - religious or not.

People need to stop paying taxes relating to the 'public health system'. Quite clearly there is nothing public about it. This shit won't stop if people take no other action than write about it. Clearly the government is trying to cover up it's crimes. If it were safe and effective, there would be nothing to leak. This is your government expressly showing you it only governs for itself, not for the people. Shut it down, stop. Stop everything until these assholes take responsibility for their crimes and step-down and take their rightful positions in jail.

Sadly if you stop paying taxes then you are the one who ends up in jail!

I refused the jab and lost my job. I stop paying taxes as a result.

If we all refused the jab...do you believe they would put all of us in jail?

You all seem to have forget that the real power is in the numbers, not the wealth, and not the government.

Time time think big Alison. Stern words on the interweb don't fix nothing.

Hi Alison,

I have not been able to keep up the pace of reading, but as expected, your breakdown of this case is excellent.

In trying to wrap my head around governments as criminal enterprises as the default state of humanity, I came on this interesting read ... https://carnegieendowment.org/2015/10/27/understanding-corrupt-governments-as-criminal-networks-pub-61796.

Both intrigued and skeptical, I ran her book through a few prompts in GPT4 and found it was dated 2016, justifying my skepticism of its current relevance, but pleased to see the title of her latest ... "On Corruption in America: And What Is at Stake".

If she lives through the current crisis, I hope to see something along the lines of "On Corruption Among the Philanthropaths Who Run the World". That is the one I will read.

Cheers Alison.

And keep up the good fight.

I tried to reply and it posted it twice for some reason (hence the double delete below)

YES it's like trying to drink from a firehose at the moment with so much news - how can the corporate media ignore this mountain of vital news. Shame on them. It's their one job and despite being paid and having all day, they can't do it.

See Rebekah Barnett's excellent story on how cloud-hosting services Mega deleted US-based scientist Kevin McKernan’s account including US$200,000 worth of genomics research. It's since been reinstated with the NZ data deleted.

Steve Kirsch's Wasabi account has also been deactivated.

When you hold your data in the cloud, never forget it is on someone else's computer. Also: wikileaks is very good to give a copy of any leaks to, they can keep them alive even when others are shut down.

It says people must not view it etc - what is the punishment if they do?

well I'd love to be able to answer that but I'd have to spend quite some time researching NZ law and speaking to a lawyer for interpretation. It's an important story. I'd love to do it. But the reality is that I just don't have time. I wish i did. But i also drive a bus 5 days a week to pay the bills (therefore i can just write my substack for free, beholden to none)

NZ can jail you, if their laws are similar to Australia's (and they will be). A raft of this type of legislation was passed over the past 20 years. I haven't got the time unfortunately to delve into the NZ laws. It is more a risk to Kiwis since that is where the suppression order is issued over the data, and it's my understanding that it relates to the actual record-level data, rather than a discussion of the implications of the data, for example.
