Northern Beaches Council insults grieving family of man killed by Pfizer gene-vaccine
"Hundreds of open spaces" for community use, but nasty council email rejects silent memorial as "spruiking" leaving bereaved brother "fuming"
Northern Beaches Council has insulted a man whose brother died from the Pfizer gene-vaccine, rejecting his request to set up a memorial for victims as “spruiking”.
Phil Schultz, 73, lost his brother Barry to the Pfizer shot in 2021.
The highly respected Adelaide doctor only took the government-mandated jab so that he could keep working and caring for his patients.
Barry, 76, had previously been in good health, but began having frequent nosebleeds the night of his injection. In the early hours of October 19 he vomited large amounts of blood and his wife Diane called an ambulance.
He died 18 days after the jab from bleeding on the brain, a side-effect described in the medical literature here and here. Pfizer was notified of 95 cases worldwide of intracranial hemorrhage following its gene-vaccine by April 15 last year.
Phil Schultz, of Glenwood in Sydney’s north-west, is mourning his brother’s loss and wanted to set up a Forest of the Fallen memorial.
His brother is acknowledged in the display along with hundreds of other people who were killed or injured, some of whom are from the Northern Beaches.
The retired naval electronics technician politely emailed Northern Beaches Council to ask how to apply for permission to set up the silent vigil at Shelly Beach near Manly on Sunday, 24 September.
Mr Schultz explained the display consisted of the stories of the victims, and he included photos of it along with his brother’s story to show the council what was involved.
“We would endeavour to set up between 7.30am and would dismantle and remove everything within a couple of hours,” he wrote.
“We would appreciate your timely help with this request.”
Northern Beaches Council Open Space Bookings rejected the request in a sneering email that called the memorial “political spruiking” before comparing it to “religious spruiking” and “the direct request for donations”.
Forest of the Fallen is non-political, non-religious, does not ask for donations and is organised entirely by volunteers.
“Unfortunately Council is unable to approve this event as it is considered a form of political spruiking and we do not approve the use of our open spaces for this type of activity,” Open Space Bookings wrote.
“We also do not approve religious spruiking or the direct request for the donation of money.
“Our open spaces are provided for recreational purposes for the enjoyment of our community. Maybe you could approach private business or shopping centres.
“Please also note that Northern Beaches Council, during the pandemic followed the advice given by the Australian Government Department of Health and NSW Health and aligned its policies and practices with this advice.”
The piety of this last paragraph is particularly offensive as Barry Schultz also followed the Department’s advice. He took the gene-vaccine as directed, and died 18 days later.
Mr Schultz said when he received the email, he was “fuming”.
“I couldn’t believe after seeing the photos and the story of my brother’s passing that they could then say terms such as “political spruiking” and then suggest we’d collect money,” he told Letters From Australia.
“As if we would even attempt to display a memorial in a shopping centre or business.
“Who are these people without any compassion whatsoever.
“Then in the final insult, to confirm they were in ‘lockstep’ with the government on all covid policies? So was my brother. That was what killed him.”
Northern Beaches Council expressed condolences via email on Friday.
“Council extends its condolences to anyone who lost a loved one during the Covid-19 pandemic,” a spokesperson said via email.
“At the time of the application assessment, the event appeared to be political in nature and did not align to our policies and practices. We apologise if the declining of the application offended anybody.”
Mr Schultz was not impressed.
“My brother didn’t die from covid. He wasn’t lost due to the pandemic. That response doesn’t acknowledge that his loss was caused by the vaccine,” he said.
“The lack of compassion is just incredible.
“And they say nothing about whether the event would be allowed. I think that’s pretty average, pretty poor - but I don’t expect much from councils, they’re all singing the same tune.”
Northern Beaches Council says on its website that booking a location is necessary for activities that involve more than 20 people or that operate commercial activities, but says nothing about a simple silent memorial that lasts just a few hours and is typically set up by less than 10 people with even fewer staying to keep an eye on it.
“Northern Beaches Council has hundreds of open spaces for our community to enjoy, including our beautiful beaches, unique rockpools and picturesque parks and sportsgrounds,” it says on its website.
“If you would like to hold an event or activity there is bound to be a location suitable for you.”
NOTE: Letters From Australia has taken an advocacy position for Forest of the Fallen which acknowledges the loss and injury of those who took the covid gene-vaccines and were harmed. LFA was therefore extra careful to give Northern Beaches Council a fair right of reply for this story.
Thank you for telling this story Alison.
Suggest Mr Schultz sets up his display anyway. His brother was murdered. The days where we nicely ask permission from the government to do things are gone.
Make them come, rip down the display and throw it away. Make them do it. No more playing nice little email games with these people. They do not deserve our civility any more.
"We also do not approve religious spruiking"
What does this even mean? So someone could not set up a cross or prayer rug in a park and invite people to talk? That's illegal and in violation of the Australian Constitution which guarantees religious freedom. Someone should clarify this and then sue this council.
Hi Alison, thanks so much for taking the time and putting in so much effort to tell this story, particularly with regards to my brother, Barry. Your story really highlights and exposes the group think and lack of critical thought of many who are employed in government entities from Federal through to State governments, including even local councils. These people who are all supposedly servants of the people include some of our politicians, Ministers of the Crown, public servants, and local councillors.
I'd also like to highlight a couple of critical parts of the saga concerning my brother Barry's untimely death.
Firstly, Barry's daughter lived in Melbourne at the time of his death and due to border closures and restrictions during and because of the "dreaded" Covid, had to obtain permission to travel to Adelaide for his funeral. This permission was granted, and the necessary travel arrangements made, but his daughter was on a flight from Melbourne to Adelaide as her father was being buried. Additionally, again due to Covid, on arrival in Adelaide she was immediately transferred to hotel quarantine for fourteen days. During this period, she was allowed no physical contact with anyone including her mother, so neither could console each other during their unimaginable grief, apart from over the phone. Purely EVIL!!
Secondly, some weeks previously Barry and I had numerous discussions about the pros and cons of the new MRNA so-called "vaccines". We discussed the reasons why this was being mandated, despite the known (at that early stage) efficacy of anti-virals such as Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine. He wondered why early treatments such as these were not being recommended or used. The "medical" advice at that stage was to just go home, and when you get REALLY sick and can't breathe properly, get to hospital quickly. Barry was sent the required forms by the Federal Government to fill in so that he could participate in the jab rollout, but he refused to inject anybody with an experimental agent. He had vaccinated many thousands of people including countless children with standard vaccines during his medical career but refused in this case with the MRNA type. Mid-September 2021 (after the TGA had BANNED the use of Ivermectin for Covid) I spoke to Barry and told him that I'd been mandated due to work requirements. He said he had also been mandated by SA Health to continue to practice medicine and treat his patients. At that stage we both decided that we'd get the Pf.zer MRNA and we got our first jab on Saturday morning 2nd October 2021.
So, after 21 days, and following Barry's untimely death, I had to have my second jab which I did on the 23rd October 2021, the day after he was buried. It's impossible to describe the absolute terror of getting this second jab following the death of Barry, but also impossible to describe the enduring and continuing trauma after having the second jab.
I will say one thing though - I will NEVER have another jab of anything promoted by government or the bio-pharmaceutical complex - EVER and written in stone.
Thanks again, Alison. You have been a dogged reporter of the truth and you know how much I appreciate all you've done and will always cherish your friendship - you are a truly beautiful human. xox
